We offer FREE SHIPPING in the US, Most of the items will be shipped via USPS.

For International, Free Shipping with orders $180+, We use DHL|Fedex for deliveries to major cities. Please allow around 1-2 weeks for delivery after your order has been shipped. Delays may occur due to customs. We promise they're worth the wait!!

14-DAYS REFUND&EXCHANGES, US ONLY

REFUND:

We hope you have a great experience with your purchases. However, Sometimes the fit may not be right, so here at KOKO VERSA, we're happy to accept returns on any unworn item with the original package, including the gift if you receive it. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days once the package is delivered to you. We're unable to accept returns beyond 14 days after delivery to you. Returns damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the Customer. We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels while they are being returned to us. Your shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility unless it is damaged when you receive it.

U.S. returns will have a $5 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label :)

EXCHANGES:

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it's in stock) Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and you can only exchange items ONCE.

If the exchange item is less expensive than the original, don't worry. We'll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

DAMAGED or LOST IN TRANSIT

 We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. But If an item arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours and send us photos. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

PLEASE NOTE:KOKO VERSA is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation about shipping addresses given by the Customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. KOKO VERSA is not responsible for any international delivery tax.
